"As someone who sits for several hours during the work day, I developed a gradual low back ache that was impacting my ability to exercise and socialize outside the office. Since finding the Fix Your Low Back Pain program, my pain has improved tremendously! The combination of exercise and soft tissue videos quickly reduced my pain, and the education has given me a better understanding of how to prevent injury and quickly manage my pain in the future! I highly recommend this course to anyone with a back ache or pains!
